How do I create a retailer account with Zvezdar?

To create a retailer account, please visit:
https://zvezdartoys.us/business-registration/ and complete the registration form.

To qualify for approval, you must have:

  • A dedicated retail and/or online store focused on hobby products
  • A valid business registration
  • A valid Sales Tax Certificate

Please note that Zvezdar reserves the right to decline account applications that do not meet these requirements.

How quickly is my account approved?

If your application meets all requirements and the provided information is valid, your account will typically be approved within 24 hours.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours after payment is received in our bank account.

What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum wholesale order amount is $250 USD.

How much does shipping cost?

USA:

Shipping is charged at $20 per parcel (up to 65 Pound (30 kg) per parcel).

  • Maximum shipping charge: $60
  • Orders over 200 Pound (90 kg) will not incur additional shipping fees

Please note that additional charges may apply for:

  • Residential deliveries
  • Rural Delivery Zone
  • Special Handling Request

Canada:

Shipping is charged at $35 per parcel (up to 65 Pound (30 kg) per parcel).

  • Maximum shipping charge: $105
  • Orders over 200 pound (90 kg) will not incur additional shipping fees

Please note that additional charges may apply for:

  • Residential deliveries
  • Rural Delivery Zone
  • Special Handling Request

Latin America:

Shipping is charged at $50 per parcel (up to 60 Pound (30 kg) per parcel).

  • Maximum shipping charge: $150
  • Orders over 200 pound (90 kg) will not incur additional shipping fees

What wholesale discount do you offer?

Wholesale discounts vary by product. We do not offer one fixed discount rate across all items.

Can I pick up my order from a local Zvezdar warehouse?

Currently, local warehouse pickup is not available.

How do I place an order online?

Once your retailer account has been approved, you can place orders directly through our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via bank transfer to our USA-based bank account.

What payment terms do you offer?

New retail partners are required to pay in advance (pre-payment).

After establishing a successful order history with Zvezdar, you may apply for credit terms.

Which products are available for pre-order and in stock?

As part of our North American expansion launching in June, we are initially offering Naruto Mythos TCG products on our website.

Our primary goal during the launch period is to support the successful release of Naruto Mythos TCG in North America, including Organized Play (OP) support.

As Zvezdar distributes many major brands across Europe, additional product lines will be added soon.

How are pre-orders split and shipped?

Pre-orders are manually split based on release dates.

For example:
If you order Naruto Mythos TCG Set 2 and Set 3 together, the system will separate the products according to their release dates and group items releasing at the same time.

Shipping charges are calculated separately for each shipment according to our shipping policy.

Why can’t I combine pre-order and in-stock products in one order?

Currently, pre-order and in-stock products must be ordered separately.

The same applies in reverse for pre-order products.

If pre-order items are added to your cart, in-stock items will become unavailable for checkout.

To order in-stock items, remove all pre-order items from your cart and refresh the page.

I’m a new retailer and will receive my Sales Tax Certificate in a few weeks. Can I register now?

You will need to wait until you receive your Sales Tax Certificate before registering for a retailer account. Once you have it, you can complete the registration process.

Will all Naruto Mythos TCG sets be available on your platform?

Yes. We will offer:
– Set 1 (2nd Edition)
– Set 2 (1st Edition)
– Set 3 (1st Edition)

Are any Naruto Mythos TCG products available only for OP Stores?

Yes. Due to limited production capacity, Set 1 (2nd Edition) will only be available to approved hobby stores in the USA that are registered in the Organized Play (OP) program.

For stores in Canada and Latin America, ordering will remain open; however, allocations cannot be guaranteed.

In these cases, please contact our OP team. We will work closely with you to support your store and local community.

How can I sign up for Organized Play (OP)?

Where can I see Naruto Mythos TCG tournaments and events?

Are any products exclusive to Europe and not arriving in the USA?

Yes.

For Set 1, the USA will only receive:

  • 2nd Edition Booster Displays

The following products will not be available in the USA:

  • Special Packs Itachi 2nd edition

For Set 2, the USA will similarly receive:

  • Booster Displays only

The following products will not initially be available in the USA:

  • Special Packs
  • Team Sets

We are working to bring these products to the North American market through future reprints and later editions.

Naruto Mythos TCG Set 2 already has a release date announced for Europe. Will the USA and the rest of the world release simultaneously?

No. Set 2 will not have a simultaneous global release.

Europe will receive Set 2 first, while the USA release will follow shortly afterward. The official USA release date has not yet been announced.

Will Naruto Mythos TCG Set 3 have a global release date?

Yes. Starting with Set 3, Naruto Mythos TCG will move to a synchronized global release schedule.

Will Naruto Mythos TCG have pre-release events?

Yes. Starting from Set 2, approved OP stores will be able to host official pre-release events one week before the product release date.

Will Set 2 pre-release support be the same worldwide as in Europe?

Not entirely.

For Set 2, Europe will have the official pre-release program. However, our goal is to also provide:

  • Pre-release promo support
  • Event hosting opportunities

for stores in other regions as well.

More details will be announced soon.

Starting from Set 3, pre-release events are planned to follow a global schedule.

Who manages Organized Play (OP)?

Organized Play is overseen internally by the Zvezdar OP team.

Day-to-day operations and tournament support are managed in partnership with our OP agency, Breakflip.

What is the official release date?

Official release dates will be announced individually for each set and region through our official channels and OP platform.
